My product arrived damaged, how do I return it?
If one of our products is unfortunately damaged in transit, you must inform us within 48 hours by email with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
After receiving your email, we will get back to you as soon as we can to arrange a full refund of the item (excluding post and packaging) or to arrange for an identical replacement. If an identical product is no longer available, we will replace the item with another of equal or greater value.
I have changed my mind, how do I return it?
We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We would like to know why this is the case so that we can make sure all of our customers are pleased with their purchased item.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time after you have made the purchase up to 14 days after receiving your item in the post. If, during this time, you would like to return the item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return. You will have to pay the return postage. The item must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.
When the item has been received by us, we will process the refund of the item (not including the original post and packaging).
How much is shipping?
We are always looking to improve on our shipping costs. We currently ship to the UK and the USA. Shipping costs are as follows:
Royal Mail - £4.50 (maximum)
